The Erriff is a renowned little spate river that enters the sea at Killary Harbour which is Irelands only fjord. It flows for 16 kilometres through a beautiful glacial valley before tumbling over the spectacular Aasleagh Falls, near the sea.  This is primarily a summer salmon and grilse fishery and with suitable water levels fishes well from June until September.
